  • Can you additional people to the group discount after it has already been submitted?yes you can. The group rego system requires individuals to sign up individually. It does not ask which group they belong to. All it asks is that you are part of a group rego and if so to get the $15 discount all you need to do is to invite 4 friends
  • For the group rego are the 4 friends I invite (as per the rego form) 4 other friends who are part of the same group rego? No. The 4 friends you invite are people who you aren’t as yet coming but you are inviting to also be part of the group rego
  • Is there a Sat to Sunday rate? No. There is however a Friday to Saturday part-time rate.
  • If I only come for lunch for Saturday what is the price? The price will be the same as the day rate which includes both lunch and dinner.
  • If I am unable to pay online is there any other way of paying for the conference? We prefer payments online but in circumstances where this is not possible other alternate arrangements can be made. Please email us for more details.
  • Will we have separate rooms for married couples? We will try our best to accommodate for married couples if requested but this can’t be guaranteed.
  • Is there a cancellation policy? Yes. Please refer to ‘general information’
  • If I have registered for the conference but unable to make it can someone else take my place? Yes. Please email us for more details.
